Season I

The Camel

LSPS Season 1 Episode 3

by | Season 1

Summary: The great excursion that is the chronicling of Cary Silkin’s life continues this week on Last Stop Penn Station. Last week, we were privy to all the gritty details behind the formation of the movie The Wrestler. This week, Cary and Ian tackle one of the most legendary stories and characters from the catalogue of Cary’s life – The Camel. Among the absolute worst, and perhaps the worst, The Camel maintains a mythos for his horrible ticket scalping skills. Cary goes into great detail analyzing the mannerisms, habits, and characteristics of The Camel. The handkerchief, the trademark spitting that earned him his moniker, and his seemingly impossible way of knowing when someone is trying to help him. How did Cary save The Camel? Find out this week on Last Stop Penn Station.

Tying it all back to professional wrestling and Ring of Honor, Ian leads Cary through their first foray into the Land of the Rising Sun. Joe vs Kobashi, The Weekend of Thunder, and more. Relive the struggle of finding a venue for Joe/Kobashi, finally making a profit, and the relationship between ROH, NOAH, and Dragon Gate.

Last Stop Penn Station is for mature audiences only. The audio or visual media within may contain offensive language and discussions regarding sex, sexuality, drugs, addiction, rock & roll, and succeeding despite the odds!
