Season I

The Wrestler

LSPS Season 1 Episode 2

by | Season 1

Summary: Following a truly heartwarming response to the debut episode, the journey through the amazing life of Cary Silkin continues on Last Stop Penn Station Episode 2. We get to know Cary on a personal level this week, as he reflects on his childhood, his parents, and even his darker moments like discovering cocaine. However, this week’s ride is a happy one that explains how Cary’s trials and tribulations led to the longevity of Ring of Honor, and subsequently, this week’s key topic, the 2008 hit film, The Wrestler starring Mickey Rourke. Try not to laugh as Cary tells Ian what it was like to bring Nicolas Cage backstage at a ROH show, how Cary actually read for a part in the movie, trying to fill the venue for the movie shoot, attending the premier, and more.

Last Stop Penn Station is for mature audiences only. The audio or visual media within may contain offensive language and discussions regarding sex, sexuality, drugs, addiction, rock & roll, and succeeding despite the odds!
